User Guide

■ Regarding delivery: For items that are in stock and ready to ship, we will ship within 1 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.

■Pre-order items For pre-order items, please check the product page.

■Shipping costs are 800 yen (tax included) nationwide.
*Shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa Prefecture, and remote islands is a flat rate of 1,500 yen (tax included).

■Returns and Refunds: Under any circumstances, cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed are not permitted.
After receiving the product, please be sure to check for any defects.
We accept returns for products that were sent in error or for products that are defective due to our fault.
If you find any damage to the product when it arrives, please contact the delivery company immediately.

Return/exchange period: Within 3 days of receiving the product

*We will respond to your inquiries within 3 business days.
*If the item is returned without permission, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
